Well two of the Charlatans anyway. Tim and Mark playing acoustic, though the guitar was plugged in and a drummer appeared for the last 20 minutes. Basically stripped down versions of their songs. Not promoting a new album it meant their history was well balanced and we got the biggies such as The Only One I Know and One To Another together with some of the obscure, You're A Big Girl Now.
North Country Boy was the only low spot, with the song not working in this environment, the electric guitar turned up it sounded like a thrash tune. However, Just When You're Thinking Things Over, Oh Verity and set closer Sproston Green, where Tim strapped on a guitar for the first ime made up for this.
